Membership may be canceled at any time with no penalty. To cancel membership, first go to your account Profile and click "Change" in the Membership section.
From there, select the "Cancel Membership" option on the page that opens.
Once membership is canceled, there will be a graphic indicating the new subscription status at the top of your Profile page.
The Membership section of your Profile page will also be updated to reflect your cancelation status.
Membership will remain active until the original renewal date. Cancel prior to your renewal date to avoid further charges.
What About Refunds?
Within 30 days of a membership purchase if you are not satisfied and have not completed any courses, a refund may be requested.
To request a refund, complete the Billing Request Form linked here. Staff will process the request within one to two business days.
