Learners who currently have a one-month or four-month renewing subscription can upgrade to the four-month or 12-month (annual) subscription, respectively. To upgrade, first go to your account Profile and click "Change" in the Membership section.
From there, choose any upgrade available based on your current subscription by clicking "Upgrade" under the preferred frequency. (NOTE: Learners who currently have the four-month renewing subscription will only see the 12-month upgrade option.)
Prices for upgraded subscriptions are prorated based on the number of days your current plan has been active. Payment is due at the time of upgrade. Your renewal date resets to the new subscription frequency on the date of upgrade.
Subscriptions cannot be downgraded once purchased. If needing to renew membership for a shorter time, (1) cancel the current subscription and then, (2) once the subscription expires, reinstate membership under the preferred frequency. Course progress is not lost when a subscription expires or is reinstated.
